Town & City Developers is the novel venture of the KG Group, one of the premier industrial groups in South India, well known for its Tradition of Trust since 1932. Their projects have become a reference point for the growing city landscape and their identity is defined by being a secure and sound investment opportunity for investors and clients.
The Challenge
While Town and City developers come under the esteemed and established KG Group, we were presented with a challenge to successfully market and showcase their upcoming projects that were more than just budget properties but also investments and dream homes for many aspiring residents. We had to work on two of their projects – Silicon City and HiTec City from scratch and build and promote a brand to last.
The Solution
The campaigns surrounding this brand were built up from scratch, right from creating the brand logos to the launch campaign and a creative communication campaign. We have effectively communicated the affordability, attainability and amenities of the brand and projects through various mediums including alluring outdoor hoardings to engaging brochures. We had explored never-before seen colour schemes and designs that captured the allure and attention of the city’s residents leading to a massive success of both the projects.
